      TIMELINE

After retaining MICS and paying its initial professional fee the first step is to choose the appropriate stream depending on the applicant’s eligibility and his /her future business plan in Canada.

The MICS legal team will fully study the applicant’s profile and do the market research for the available enterprise purchase options, startup path or creating a branch or an affiliate of the applicant’s existing enterprise.

The MICS processing team will prepare a list of civil and financial documents required by the IRCC and will provide the comprehensive business plan.

Once the business plan is accepted or purchase of the eligible business is completed, MICS will apply for the temporary work permit and or permanent residency.

The temporary work permit will be issued to the applicant and the dependent family members and they all can move to Canada and the children can have access to a free education system.

Once arriving in Canada, the applicant should start and run his/her business there and meet all the required terms and conditions of the business plan to become eligible to apply for the permanent residence in temporary residence permit streams.
