The citizenship by investment board appointed Mr. Mc Claude Emmanuel as the Chief Executive Officer of the Citizenship by Investment Unit, The CIP Unit today in March 2022. Mr. Emmanuel held positions as the project Officer of Human Resource of the St. Lucia Electricity Services Ltd.; General Manager of Radio Company Ltd and McDowell Broadcasting Ltd and some other managerial positions in St. Lucia.
The overall expectation of Mc Claude, considering the point that he has more than ten years of managerial experience in marketing, strategic and operational management plus the ability of financial analysis, is quite high and positive.
Management of the fifteen staff members and keeping the citizenship by investment program integrity are the responsibilities of Mc Claude in his new role. The CIP Unit foresees greater contribution of the team by appointing the new CEO toward the economic development of St. Lucia.
